You can add your own comments and annotations to items in any collection.
<\Break><\Indent 20> òFrom the Images View of the Portfolio collection, click on the tab labeled "Notes" in the upper right corner of the screen to go to the Notes View.
<\Break><\Indent 20> òThe name of the collection you're currently viewing is displayed at the top of the screen.
<\Break><\Indent 20> òOn the left, all of the artworks, media clips, book pages, Director's Choice movies, and artist biographies you have in this collection are listedùin the same order that they are displayed in the Images View.
<\Break><\Indent 20> òUse the toggle button at the top of the list to display only items of the indicated type.
<\Break><\Indent 20> òClick on any item in the list to select it.
<\Break><\Indent 20> òIts thumbnail is displayed to the right.
<\Break><\Indent 20> òAdd your own commentary in the scrolling text input area below.
<\Break><\Indent 20> òClick your cursor in that area, and you're ready to type.
<\Break><\Indent 20> òStandard text editing techniques work in this part of the screen. You can click and drag to select text, and then use the editing buttons at right to Cut, Copy, Paste, and Delete.
To copy the contents of a text excerpt or the title of an object into the Annotation area, drag the thumbnail displayed for that item into the Annotation area.
<\Break><\Indent 20> òIf you move an item into a different collection, the annotation you've made will travel with it.
<\Break><\Indent 20> òSwitch to the Images View at any time by clicking on the tab labeled "Images" in the upper right corner of your screen.<\Break>
